Spatial Scenes Press Release

Art Authority Museum Unveils Spatial Scenes
Each Masterpiece Becomes its Own Immersive Realm

September 15, 2025

Step into the Future of Art! The Art Authority Museum today announced the availability of Spatial Scenes, another major step in the tech-forward museum’s evolution. Building on the museum’s original transformative mission, AI-driven Spatial Scene technology enables patrons to lean into and look around any of the Museum’s thousands of world-renown pieces, becoming not just immersed in the Museum, but in the art itself.

Introduced in February 2024 on Apple Vision Pro, now also available on iPad and Macintosh, the Art Authority Museum presents thousands of classic works of art in both familiar and transcendent ways. Members can take guided tours, wander through the lobby, period and artist rooms, and view special exhibitions. They can also be transported to a room full of “Art Like This” when viewing a particular work, move a copy of that work to their own personal Member’s Lounge, and now lean directly into the scene portrayed in the painting.

Spatial Scenes leverage Apple’s latest AI-driven spatial computing technology to transform flat, 2-D works into fully realized 3-D experiences. Like many other Vision Pro technologies, Spatial Scenes have to be seen to be believed. “We are pleased to be able to introduce art lovers worldwide to yet another wonderful way of immersing themselves in classic works of art,” said Alan Oppenheimer, founding director of the Art Authority Museum. “All fully accessible from the comfort of their own homes.”

The new Art Authority Museum with Spatial Scenes can be downloaded for free from the Vision Pro App Store. All patrons can explore the Museum’s lobby and period rooms at no cost. 7-day trial memberships are available for those who wish to explore further. Monthly membership start at only $5, while annual memberships and other funding options provide additional opportunities to support the Museum’s mission.
